What Vehicle Will I Be Travelling In? Tours are carried out in a deluxe air conditioned mini-bus with a maximum number of 22 passengers. Personal luggage is carried in a trailer along with other necessary equipment for the tour.

What Is The Accommodation Like? Throughout the tour you will stay at a range of clean and comfortable hotel and motel properties in double or twin share accommodation. Bathroom and toilet facilities will be both private and shared, depending on the properties. On a few occasions where necessary, the accommodation will be on a 4 share basis.

Is Food Included? Breakfasts are included as per tour itinerary.

What Climate Can I Expect? Our tours travel through various climate zones. In the South, July and August are winter months and the weather can be cold and wet. In the Outback the weather may be hot & dry during the day and very cold at night. In the Tropical North it is the dry season and the temperatures will be mild with low humidity. Through the months of September and October, the temperatures will become increasingly warmer.

How Much Luggage Can I Bring? Each passenger is entitled to take one suitcase - weight limit of 20 kilos. You should also have a small day bag or pack which you can carry on walks and tours. Baggage over the prescribed limit cannot be carried.

What Else Do I Need To Bring? A jacket and warm clothes for the cold weather. Short trousers and shirts for the tropics. Swimwear, a hat, sunglasses and sun protection. Clothing should be casual and footwear comfortable, no hiking boots are required. Personal toiletries and if you want to use an electrical appliance you will need to bring an adapter or buy one. Don't forget to bring your video or camera along with plenty of film and spare batteries. Money or credit card for personal expenses such as meals, drinks, souvenirs and optional tours. Your favourite music for the bus is always a good idea.

I'm Not Very Fit, Will I Make It Through? Our tours have been designed to suit a reasonable level of fitness. Being able to do some walking along nature trails and cope with remoteness in the Outback is essential. People who suffer from lack of tolerance or are not of general good health should not consider going on an extended tour. Note: If you need special medication, it is advisable to bring your own adequate supply for the duration of the tour.
